Free membership registrationAt Tokiwa Industries, we mainly perform bending processing of thick resin sheets after punching. Generally, bending processing involves heating the product, but Tokiwa Industries is also skilled in cold bending. In particular, bending materials like 10mm PC can be challenging with heated bending due to difficult temperature management and the labor-intensive nature of the work. Cold bending (non-heated) allows for molding without compromising the resin's properties, such as bubble formation. 【Features】 - Capable of cold bending thick resin up to 10mm - Molding possible without compromising the resin's properties For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

Free membership registrationTraditionally, the Thomson blade had a processing limit of up to 3mm thickness for PC, but with the new processing method developed by Tokiwa Industry, it is now possible to punch up to 10mm thickness. Since a dedicated blade type is used, there are no advantages for small-scale processing, but for around 100 to 1000 pieces, the processing cost at Tokiwa Industry is about 1/2 to 1/3 of the machining cost. Additionally, we are currently prototyping punching for thicker resin sheets, so please look forward to it. 【Features】 ○ Capable of handling up to 10mm thickness with the new processing method ○ Proven results with PC, PET, PE, and PP ○ In two-dimensional processing, it is possible to reduce processing time and costs For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

Free membership registrationTraditionally, it has been said that the limit for punching resin sheets is a thickness of 3mm. For resin thicker than that, machining such as cutting is performed. Tokiwa Industry Co., Ltd. has established a new processing method for punching resin sheets with a thickness of 5mm to 10mm using a Thomson die. We believe that by adding this to your product processing, we can contribute to "shortening processing time" and "reducing processing costs." For thick resin punching and bending, please leave it to Tokiwa Industry. 【Business Activities】 ○〈Punching Business〉Precision punching processing and sales of processed products ○〈Resin Bending Business〉Thermal and cold bending processing of synthetic resins ○〈Micro Slitter Business〉Micro slitting processing of films and other materials ○〈Greening Business〉Planning, sales, and construction of greening materials For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
