We would like to introduce our CNC high-speed automatic small hobber 'G1-4'. This high-speed hobber is capable of handling modules (m) from 0.05 to 1.0, with a maximum workpiece diameter of φ80mm and a maximum length of 85mm, featuring a hob spindle speed of 10,000 rpm. Its machining capability includes a maximum module of m1.0 and a tooth count ranging from 3 to 999. The maximum outer diameter (D) is φ80mm, and the maximum length of the product is 85mm.
