"Infusion (VaRTM) molding" is a vacuum molding method that uses only the lower mold (female mold). Since an upper mold is not required, it is possible to reduce capital investment. Instead of an upper mold, a bagging film is placed on top and sealed around the edges with sealant tape. It is possible to mold undercut products. Due to the high fiber content, high-strength molded products can be obtained.
