"TWINDS-T" is a wireless mold temperature measurement system that visualizes the temperature during manufacturing, leading to the investigation of defect causes. It measures temperature without interfering with production work through wireless communication. It can be easily retrofitted to older equipment. We offer the standard kit of our temperature and molten metal temperature constant display/log recording system 'TWINDS-T', which comes with a complete set of peripheral devices. It continuously displays the mold temperature of the casting machine and the temperature of the molten metal furnace on-site, and allows for wireless remote transmission and automatic log recording on a PC located at a distance.
