The characteristics of Yamazaki Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. lie in its production system that realizes small-lot, diverse varieties in hot die forging. Our main equipment, the air stamp hammer, flexibly accommodates the manufacturing of small-lot, diverse varieties, and various steel types of forged products, unlike presses that are suitable for mass production. Additionally, our unique manufacturing line combines free forging and die forging processes, enabling the production of complex shapes and large forgings (with a maximum single weight of 1 ton). Furthermore, we can add machining to these forged products and supply them as finished parts to our customers. By proposing stable quality and cost advantages through the forging of cast products (cast iron, cast steel) and the integral forging of parts made by welding multiple components, we respond to our customers' diverse needs.
