Etched nameplates are products that display text and designs through baked coatings applied to the etched areas. Our processing technology leverages the high design flexibility of photo-etching, enabling delicate designs by controlling half-etching and through-etching, resulting in aesthetically pleasing nameplates. Since the entire shape can be processed using photo-etching, there is no need for molds, making it suitable for small production runs. We can produce high-quality etched nameplates with intricate designs using photo-etching, which excels in high precision and fine processing. We can accommodate secondary processing according to your needs, such as coloring (painting, UV printing), plating, surface treatment, R bending, and double-sided tape application. Multiple colors can also be produced for coloring. Generally, we create the original plate based on data submitted in formats like [ai] or [dxf], but we can also assist in creating data from illustrations or stickers.

• Nameplate

Fuji Precision Industry offers secondary processing services, including "bending processing" and "burring processing." In "bending processing," we have introduced an AC servo bending machine with an NC back gauge. Products extracted through etching are immediately sent to our in-house precision sheet metal processing stage, allowing for quick completion and shipment. Additionally, "burring processing" involves machining to cut straight taps into thin materials. • Processing Contract

Fuji Precision Industry offers secondary processing services, including "plating" and "blackening." In "plating," we can accommodate plates and barrels with electrolytic nickel. In addition, for "blackening," we process stainless steel extracted through etching. The electrolytic coloring method and chemical coloring method feature the ability to add color to the surface while maintaining the texture of the stainless steel, resulting in vibrant and warm stainless steel materials.
