The 'Foamest Column Series' creates bubbles that cannot be found anywhere else using our unique bubble generation method (porous membrane method). This is the basic model of the Foamest series. By simply supplying pressurized gas, it generates B.nano, thanks to the use of a special film. There is a wide range of sizes available, allowing you to choose the optimal length and diameter to suit your needs. Additionally, we can accommodate custom specifications. There are FP series without covers and KFP series with covers. Once you attach a regulator to the compressor and connect it to the column, just dip it into the tank. If you use a gas cylinder instead of a compressor, it can operate completely without power. It enables easy and convenient generation of nanobubbles. *Please use an oil-free compressor or combine it with an oil mist filter. FoamestO3 Series FoamestO3 is a series that is particularly specialized for ozone compatibility within the Foamest series. It uses materials such as stainless steel and fluororesin, which have excellent ozone resistance. By converting ozone gas into B.nano, it becomes possible to handle ozone, which was difficult to manage in its gaseous form, effectively and more efficiently. Although ozone gas, ozonated water, and ozone B.nano all bear the name ozone, their properties and safety are entirely different. FoamestO3ZF This is the CT type of FoamestO3. Utilizing the power of water flow from a pump, it achieves even greater uniformity in bubble fineness compared to the column type. Designed for operation while moving, such as on a farm, it incorporates an ozone generator and pump into a single cart. Customization is also available according to location and usage.

FoamestO3 is a high-performance product that is simple and compact. It combines the Foamest Flat, which generates bubbles, with the main body that produces ozone. Its small size allows it to be easily placed on a desk or under a shelf, making it ideal for use in narrow stores or laboratories. Foamest Flat This is a disc-shaped flat B.nano generation device. Similar to a column, it generates B.nano simply by supplying pressurized gas. It features softer bubbles than a column, causing almost no convection. While it is primarily used for ozone B.nano generation, it can also generate B.nano with other gases. Its flat and small design makes it particularly effective in shallow water areas.

The Foamest series, when used with oil-rich water, causes oil to seep into the monotran, reducing bubble generation capability. This weakness has been overcome with the Foamest 201. It is used in the coolant tanks of machine tools with cutting fluids. 1. Purification and regeneration of cutting fluids Micro-nano bubbles attach to fine foreign substances and dirt, causing them to float. By collecting the impurities that accumulate on top, purification and regeneration can be achieved. 2. Reduction of coolant odors Micro-nano bubbles containing oxygen penetrate the coolant and repel anaerobic bacteria, reducing unpleasant odors. 3. Improved cutting efficiency and longer tool life When micro-nano bubbles are present in the liquid, cutting efficiency increases, and as the cutting fluid becomes cleaner, the tools last longer, leading to significant cost savings!

The Foamest line has made it possible to generate even more uniform and fine bubbles, leveraging the power of water flow, beyond the Foamest column series. Additionally, while a separator was essential in the column series, it can be eliminated in the line series. This makes it ideal for those considering introduction into the food and medical fields, where contamination is a concern! We also offer options such as peripheral piping, frames, automatic control of various valves, and control linkage with B-Mate (limited to Kaku Ex), as well as special specifications for chemical resistance, heat resistance, and food compatibility, along with custom sizes. B-Mate TAKUMI Series Installed in place of a regulator, it serves as a reliable support to effectively use the Foamest series by checking bubbles in unseen areas and maintaining a consistent amount of foam. TAKUMI Simple For locations that can be checked frequently, use the manual type Simple. It doesn't require power, so it can be placed anywhere. TAKUMI Control For Foamest in areas where water pressure does not change, use Control. It ensures a constant gas discharge flow rate, supporting stable bubble generation. TAKUMI Ex If you are using it in areas with significant water pressure changes or deep water, Ex is recommended. It automatically adjusts not only the discharge flow rate but also the supply pressure to match external pressure, ensuring safety even in harsh environments.
