The "MA-01" is a long-lasting carbide alloy that achieves high hardness and strong structure by controlling the size of tungsten carbide crystals to below 1μ and uniformly dispersing cobalt. It can be used for punch and die in press molds made of austenitic stainless steel SUS304 and SUS301, achieving a lifespan 5 to 10 times longer than V20.
