At Takenaka Seiko, we have been engaged in cutting processing for 45 years since our founding, averaging 30 different types per year, totaling over approximately 1,500 types. In response to customer requests, we have repeatedly gone through trial and error, and each of the over 1,500 products we have created embodies our experience and technology. In terms of materials, we can handle a variety of substances, including not only iron but also non-ferrous metals such as aluminum, brass, and copper, as well as difficult-to-machine materials like stainless steel, titanium, and Inconel, as well as plastics such as PVC, acrylic, and ABS. We process each product by hand, and we do not engage in mass production using machines.
