The "CFRP TRUNK RIDE for BRZ-86" uses two types of dry carbon formed by different methods, achieving high quality, ultra-lightweight, and high rigidity. The outer side is made using the PCM method, which allows for good shape accuracy and surface quality due to press molding under high pressure and high temperature. The inner side employs the SMC method, enabling the construction of more complex shapes and allowing for variations in thickness, resulting in a highly rigid internal rib structure.
