We would like to introduce the "insert film" that we handle. It is used in a technique called "insert molding," where the film is inserted into a mold, and resin is injected into it to create a molded product that is integrated. Additionally, the ink layer is sandwiched between the film and the molded resin, so it does not appear on the surface. This decorative film applies vacuum pressure forming technology, allowing for the transfer of designs onto complex three-dimensional shapes and deep-drawn products. We would like to introduce our "In-Mold Transfer Foil" that we are currently offering. This technique involves inserting a printed film into a molding die and simultaneously applying the design onto the plastic resin during the injection of the resin. We have developed and manufactured transfer foils that can be used with this technique, allowing for transfer onto three-dimensional curved surfaces.
