Vacuum casting involves creating a master model, from which a silicone rubber mold is made. We can produce 10 to 25 copies per mold. 【Introduction to Other Casting Methods】 ■ Master The shape that serves as the basis for casting is called the master. 3D printed (SLA), machined parts, and molded products can also be used as masters. ■ Silicone Rubber Mold With one silicone rubber mold, it is possible to make 15 to 25 copies. ■ Vacuum Casting We operate four casting machines at full capacity to meet our customers' delivery deadlines. ■ Transparent Casting The casting material is polyurethane resin. The standard colors similar to ABS are cream, white, and black. In addition to rigid casting, soft casting (urethane rubber) is also possible.
