At Fukada Parkalizing, we accept prototypes and mass production of trivalent chemical treatments that do not contain hexavalent chromium. We can process items up to the size of 2500×900×1500. Trivalent black chemical treatment is divided into appearance-focused and corrosion-resistant types. The appearance type forms a good black film, while the corrosion-resistant type has better corrosion resistance compared to the appearance type, but tends to show stronger interference colors and stains. 【Features】 ■ Supports large and heavy items ■ Can process items up to the size of 2500×900×1500 ■ Trivalent black chemical treatment is divided into appearance-focused and corrosion-resistant types ■ Plating tank dimensions - Corrosion-resistant type: 1500×600×690 (mm) - Large item only: 4000×1300×1500 (mm) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registration"Solder plating" is a technique that forms a solder coating on the surface of steel materials by immersing them in a solder solution and passing an electric current through it. Our solder plating is known as 6:4 solder (eutectic solder), which has a low melting point (approximately 183°C) and high solderability, making it suitable for soldering applications. Additionally, it has a Vickers hardness of 5 to 15, which is relatively soft, and it excels in whisker growth suppression and corrosion resistance, making it used for plating in battery components and electronic parts. 【Features】 - The ratio of tin to lead is 6:4 - Compatible with various products from terminals to copper bars - High corrosion resistance, used in battery terminal components, etc. - As an alloy plating, it suppresses the generation of whiskers that can cause short circuits - Lead in batteries is considered an exempt component under the European ELV directive *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registration"Silver plating" is a coating with good electrical conductivity. There are three types of coatings: semi-gloss (wear-resistant), matte (good electrical conductivity), and soft (good adhesion). It also excels in solderability and lubricity, and is used for preventing seizure. 【Features】 ■ Compatible with heavy electrical components such as copper bars up to 2.5m long from compression terminals ■ Supports partial plating through masking ■ Possible from thin plating (about 1-3 microns) to thick plating (over 40 microns) ■ Compatible with materials such as aluminum, copper alloys, and iron ■ Discoloration prevention treatment can be done with either chromate treatment or non-chromate treatment upon request *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registration"Glossy tin plating" is a technology that forms a tin film on the surface of steel materials by immersing them in a tin solution and passing an electric current, achieving gloss by adding additives. It excels in solderability and electrical conductivity, and is also used for thermal reflectivity and rust prevention purposes. 【Features】 ■ Combines electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance ■ Resistant to hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, and chloride ions (≈ salt) ■ Rich in ductility, suitable for lubrication ■ Copper plating is possible as a base coating ■ Compatible with products of easily deformable shapes *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registration"Electrogalvanizing" is a technique that forms a zinc coating on the surface of steel materials by immersing them in a zinc solution and passing an electric current through it. Unlike hot-dip galvanizing, it does not involve high temperatures, preventing distortion of the product, and the threaded parts can be used as is. Even if fine scratches occur, the "sacrificial corrosion protection" effect protects the iron material from rust, and since zinc itself is prone to rusting, post-treatment such as hexavalent chromate is performed. [Features] ■ Treatment with hexavalent chromate (colored) that has high corrosion resistance ■ Protects iron from rust even if scratched due to sacrificial corrosion protection ■ Capable of accommodating complex shapes ■ Specializes in plating the inner surfaces of box-shaped products ■ Can also apply plating to the inner diameter of pipes *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registration"Matte Tin Plating" is a technology that forms a tin coating on the surface of steel materials by immersing them in a tin solution and passing an electric current. Since no additives are used, the hardness of the coating is low, resulting in good initial compatibility and anti-galling properties. It also has low toxicity, making it suitable for use in items such as tableware and canned goods. 【Features】 ■ Corrosion resistance against hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, and chloride ions (≈ salt) ■ The hardness of the coating is lower compared to glossy tin plating ■ Used for initial compatibility and anti-galling purposes ■ Rich in ductility and suitable for lubrication ■ Copper plating is possible as a base coating *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registration"Hot-dip galvanizing" is a technique that involves immersing steel materials in molten zinc at high temperatures to form a zinc coating on their surface. Unlike painting or electroplating, the coating is formed by an "alloy layer" of zinc and iron, which creates a strong metallic bond between zinc and iron, ensuring that the coating does not peel off even after many years. Additionally, zinc plating has features such as "protective coating action" and "sacrificial corrosion protection," providing very high rust prevention for steel products. [Features] ■ Extremely high corrosion resistance with a thick coating of over 50(μm) ■ Sacrificial corrosion protection for steel products, safeguarding against rust even if scratched ■ Capable of accommodating complex shapes ■ Maintenance-free ■ Economical and used in a wide range of fields *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationOur company specializes in various surface treatments aimed at enhancing functionality, in addition to hot-dip galvanizing and electro-galvanizing for rust prevention. Our silver plating has a semi-gloss appearance and can accommodate both large items such as terminals and copper bars, as well as small items like connectors. In particular, for small items, we can handle mass production using barrel plating and hot air drying ovens. Additionally, we offer two types of trivalent black chromate: corrosion-resistant and appearance-type. The corrosion-resistant type passes a 72-hour salt spray test but may exhibit color unevenness and stains. The appearance-type, while less corrosion-resistant, provides a uniform and good-quality black appearance coating. If you have any concerns regarding plating, please feel free to consult us. 【Business Activities】 ■ Hot-dip galvanizing ■ Glossy silver plating ■ Matte silver plating ■ Glossy tin plating ■ Various other surface treatments *For more details, please refer to our catalog or feel free to contact us.
