We will launch the following products in December 2025. ● Standard Products for Environmental Analysis (2 items) Wellington Laboratories offers a wide range of mixed standard solutions and standard products for PFAS precursors and related substances that correspond to various PFAS analytical methods. We will begin selling mixed standard solutions for 10 types of PFAS and internal mixed standard solutions in response to the revision of the Water Supply Act ministerial ordinance in April 2026. ● Food Allergen Testing Kits (2 items) The Prima Ham food allergen testing kit, allergen wipe test kit series "Cashew Nuts," allows for the detection of allergenic proteins by adding extract components to the wipe solution, which dissolves the allergenic proteins and enables high-sensitivity detection of cashew nut components in the wipe solution. The reaction time is 20 minutes, and the detection sensitivity is 0.2 µg/mL (ppm) (total protein of the target food allergen in the test sample).

We will launch the following products in November 2025. ● Titration solution for quantitative analysis (1 item) We will sell a 20 L package of 0.1 mol/L hydrochloric acid (N/10). ● Kyowa Medical Instruments Co., Ltd. Adjusted liquid medium series (6 items) The use of Durham tubes, which easily float with small amounts of gas, makes it easy to determine results. Additionally, the test tube caps can be opened and closed with one hand, reducing the burden of work. Furthermore, by adding a new 100-pack option, you can now choose according to the amount of testing required. ● Sicagenius® ESBL gene type real-time PCR detection kit (1 item) ESBL is an enzyme that breaks down a wide range of β-lactam antibiotics, including penicillins, first to third generation cephalosporins, and monobactams. This kit simultaneously detects 22 types of 4-plex real-time PCR for 8 representative ESBL gene types (CTX-M-1 group, CTX-M-9 group, CTX-M-2 group, CTX-M-8 group, CTX-M-25 group, TEM, SHV, ESBL type GES) and an internal control (IC) to check for PCR inhibition.

We have prepared sets tailored to specific fields.

Accordingly, we are sequentially informing you of products that will be discontinued as stock runs out, and we will sell new volumes of specifications that are not targeted for consolidation as alternatives to the discontinued items. ● Shikajinius CDToxin Gene Real-time PCR Detection Kit (1 item) We will newly sell a real-time PCR kit for detecting the toxin genes tcdA (toxin A), tcdB (toxin B), and cdtA (binary toxin) of Clostridioides difficile (formerly known as Clostridium difficile). This kit is a 4-plex real-time PCR that simultaneously detects the toxin genes tcdA, tcdB, cdtA of C. difficile and an internal control (IC) to confirm the presence or absence of PCR inhibition.

We will launch the following new product in August 2025. ● Cell Culture Equipment ad-MED Vitrigel Series (1 item) We will newly sell the cell culture equipment "ad-MED Vitrigel Ex (24-well)" using a collagen Vitrigel Ex membrane with high permeability. The collagen Vitrigel membrane has a high-density collagen structure comparable to connective tissue in vivo. This product demonstrates high cell adhesion similar to the conventional ad-MED Vitrigel 2 while improving permeability, making it widely usable for research such as analyzing cell-to-cell interactions through co-culture of different cell types and constructing cell assay systems similar to regular cell culture inserts.

This product fixes microorganisms (bacteria, protozoa) on a glass slide and can be used as a precision control for microscopic examination from staining to observation.

We will launch the following new products in May 2025. ● Pesticide Mixed Standard Solution (2 items) This product is a mixed standard solution that corresponds to the "Simultaneous Testing Method for Pesticides, etc. by LC/MS 1 (Agricultural Products) (Appendix 1)." ● Reagents for HPLC We will sell a more user-friendly set of high-purity TFA for HPLC, consisting of 5 bottles of 5mL each. ● Standard Products for Food Analysis (6 items) We will newly sell six food-derived allergen extracts produced by Saika Technical Research Institute. ● Food Allergen Testing Kit We will newly sell the measurement item "Cashew Nut" from the Morinaga Bio Science Research Institute's food allergen testing kit, the NanoTrap Pro2 series. ● Simple Analysis Kit This product has been co-developed with Ajinomoto and allows for the easy measurement of the umami component glutamic acid through simple operations. ● Reagents for Nucleic Acid Synthesis (2 items) The newly sold capping reagents are low moisture guaranteed products that utilize our dehydration technology. ● Growth Factor Substitute Peptides (2 items) Growth factor substitute peptides are expected to demonstrate physiological activity equal to or greater than the existing recombinant protein "KGF (Keratinocyte Growth Factor)" and are anticipated to be used in the proliferation and differentiation of various epithelial cells, such as the epidermis.

The "Primepure" series guarantees the highest purity specifications among commercially available reagents, exceeding existing specifications that are guaranteed by JIS special grade standards and by application. ● Ionic liquids (1 item) We will newly sell DEMEBF4 as our product from the ionic liquids that were sold under a joint label with Nisshinbo Holdings Inc. Ionic liquids are utilized in a wide range of fields such as separation, extraction, reaction solvents, electrochemical devices, tribology, vacuum technology, and bio-related applications, and are expected to be the next-generation solvent.

We will launch the following new products in March 2025. ● Reagents for LC/MS (2 items) In LC/MS analysis, volatile salts such as ammonium acetate and ammonium formate are commonly used as buffer solutions for pH adjustment of the mobile phase. These buffer solutions are also included in analytical methods for pesticide residue analysis in food and official methods such as the Waterworks Law. The newly sold "1 mol/L ammonium acetate solution" and "1 mol/L ammonium formate solution" guarantee "LC/MS testing compatibility," "metal guarantee," and "PFAS testing compatibility," in addition to the existing product guarantees, and implement stricter quality control than products for high-performance liquid chromatography. ● General-purpose reagents We will newly sell the "Sikajenius Vancomycin Resistance Gene Real-Time PCR Detection Kit." This kit uses a 4-plex real-time PCR to simultaneously detect the vanA, vanB, and vanC vancomycin resistance genes, as well as an internal control (IC) to check for PCR inhibition. We will sell quality control products for gene-related testing devices compatible with Microbiologics, including BD MAX, Biofire, Filmarray, Roche Cobas, and Verigene. This product guarantees the value of "Trichloroacetaldehyde Monohydrate." ● General-purpose Reagents (5 items) We are reviewing the packaging capacities and consolidating products for special grade, deer special grade, and deer first grade general-purpose reagents. We will sell new capacities of standard products that are not targeted for consolidation as substitutes for discontinued items. ● Acetonitrile/Water/Trifluoroacetic Acid (50:47.5:2.5) We will newly sell a mixed solvent suitable for dissolving matrix reagents and calibration standards used in bacterial analysis by MALDI-TOF MS. ● Nucleic Acid Synthesis 2 mol/L TEAA Solution, pH 7.0 TEAA is widely used as an ion-pair reagent.
