"TONEJI SUPER COAT" The high corrosion-resistant D-LOCK, featuring a unique top coating added to a molten zinc-tin alloy coating, has been introduced. We conducted a 5,000-hour salt spray test (JIS Z 2371) assuming use in salt damage areas, and no red rust was observed, while the occurrence of white rust was minimized. Additionally, we performed a more rigorous CASS test (ASTM B368-21) for 625 hours.
