Morishita Jintan's seamless capsule technology can encapsulate various substances such as powders, liquids, and microorganisms, creating a shape that is literally seamless and close to a perfect sphere. By encapsulating liquids and powders that are difficult to use in their original form, it is possible to transform them into a solid appearance, thereby improving measurability and portability. Substances that may oxidize when left in the air or deteriorate due to light or moisture can also have their storage stability enhanced through encapsulation. It is also possible to incorporate a release function for the contents within the capsule membrane and the multilayer structure of the capsule.

The "seamless capsule" is different from soft capsules made by rotary methods; it is a capsule with no seams and a shape close to a perfect sphere. This capsule is produced using a technology uniquely established by our company based on the "liquid droplet method." By simultaneously discharging liquid coating material and contents from a concentric multi-nozzle, interfacial tension acts between the coating liquid and the content liquid, allowing the coating liquid to envelop the content liquid.
