The "HMP Series" is a flake-shaped additive powder made by finely grinding high molecular weight PTFE, which exhibits excellent thermal stability and lubricity. By directly grinding the scrap PTFE generated during the processing stage, it utilizes many of the properties of PTFE, such as outstanding thermal stability, heat resistance, lubricity, water repellency, oil resistance, non-stick properties, chemical resistance, and electrical characteristics, in its powdered form. The "Share In Mill" is a rotary disk mill suitable for the fine grinding of viscous and elastic materials such as resins and rubber. The powerful shear force generated by the rotating disk crushes the material. The airflow created by the high-speed rotation of the disk minimizes heat generation within the mill, allowing for the grinding of relatively low melting point materials and thermally sensitive substances. By combining with a classifier for closed-circuit grinding, finer grinding becomes possible.
