We would like to introduce the user results of our product, "Coolant Fresh CF-50." When we tried this product due to the issue of chips sticking inside the machine, the chips near the ceiling fell off and stopped sticking. Additionally, the brown oil droplets on the ceiling turned white, and the oil stains disappeared. Furthermore, the unpleasant odor that occurred when opening the door has vanished. There were also comments that the smell of cutting fluid that had stuck to hands, which was difficult to remove, could now be removed easily. You can view actual photos from the related links. Here is an introduction on how to apply the water-repellent film "Madosuke." In the dry method, peel off about 88 cm of the separate sheet, fold it to avoid reattachment, and fix it in the designated position. Pull the separate sheet downwards and apply it while peeling it off. In the wet method (water application method), prepare a spray bottle, dishwashing detergent solution (about 0.5-0.5%), a rubber squeegee, and several cloths. Use the rubber squeegee to remove water and air bubbles while applying. 【Work Steps (Dry Method)】 1. Peel off about 88 cm of the separate sheet from the top of Madosuke and fold it to avoid reattachment. 2. Stick it in the designated position to determine the placement. 3. Pull the separate sheet downwards and apply it while peeling it off. 4. If air bubbles are likely to form, move the cloth back and forth and side to side. 5. It is a glass coating with high anti-fouling effectiveness, and the application method is simple—just spread it evenly, allowing for easy application over a large area with a small amount. "HYP-SK171" is an industrial disinfectant and deodorizer that is effective and suppresses the bacteria causing foul odors, significantly contributing to the improvement of the environment within factories. The recommended dosage is 0.05% to 0.1% relative to the volume of coolant liquid. (1/2000 to 1/1000) It is suitable for disinfection and deodorization of water-soluble cutting oils and water-soluble grinding oils.
