Beef and pork fat are separated into meat scraps and animal fat through heat treatment, and each is processed accordingly. Hamada Chemical collects and recycles waste cooking oil. At the recycling center, approximately 60 tons of oil are refined daily, and raw oil is processed at a rate of 10 to 20 tons per day. Waste oil is sorted according to its properties, but due to the nature of the work that cannot be mechanized, skilled staff are involved in the process.
