Here is an example of pigeon control measures in a warehouse. There had been instances of pigeons flying into various areas of the warehouse premises, and partial measures had already been implemented. However, pigeons had entered under the external stairs where bird nets had been installed by the company, resulting in droppings. There were mechanical facilities under the stairs, and the presence of droppings was not only unsightly but also raised hygiene concerns. The company requested the use of a repellent, "PT-1," as a measure against pigeon droppings. Pigeons were using the bird net installed by the company as a hammock and nesting on top of it. Therefore, we decided to remove the existing bird net and install a new repellent to break the pigeons' attachment. [Overview] ■ Issues - Pigeons entered under the external stairs where bird nets had been installed by the company, causing droppings. ■ Solution - By removing the existing bird net and installing a new repellent, we implemented measures to break the pigeons' attachment. Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce examples of pigeon control measures for offices and warehouses. We received a request from a previous client for measures against pigeons that had begun to arrive at a different location. The ceiling of the office wall has a canopy-like structure that is sheltered from the rain, and pigeons had started to come to the wiring beneath the canopy, so we installed a repellent "PT-1" there. Additionally, we installed all-stainless steel bird spikes, which are resistant to rain and wind, on the shutter box, lighting fixtures, security cameras, and other equipment installed on the wall to implement measures against pigeon arrival. [Solutions] - Since pigeons had started to come to the wiring beneath the canopy, we installed the repellent "PT-1" there. - We installed all-stainless steel bird spikes, which are resistant to rain and wind, on the equipment installed on the wall to implement measures against pigeon arrival. Free membership registrationHere are some examples of pigeon control measures in commercial facilities. Pigeons were coming to the awning of the store's passageway, causing droppings that affected customers passing through. A site survey was conducted, and it was decided to implement pigeon control using the repellent "PT-1." Although bird spikes had already been installed on the steel flanges, no measures had been taken for the gaps between the ceiling and the steel framework where pigeons were entering, resulting in droppings in that area. By installing our product in both the areas where pigeons had settled and the areas where they temporarily flew in, we achieved a more effective solution. Additionally, for the external areas that are easily affected by rain and wind, we installed all-stainless steel spikes, adopting a weather-resistant measure. [Overview] ■ Issues - Pigeons were coming to the awning of the store's passageway, causing droppings. ■ Solution - By installing the repellent "PT-1" in both the areas where pigeons had settled and the areas where they temporarily flew in, we achieved a more effective solution. Free membership registrationHere is an example of pigeon control measures in a factory. Pigeons were flying into the ceiling steel beams and wall beams of the factory and warehouse, causing droppings damage. A repellent called "PT-1" was requested as a preventive measure against droppings damage to products and equipment. Areas where there were gaps between the walls and steel beams were sealed with wire mesh to block entry points. The product was installed particularly in areas where pigeons were frequently arriving, and preventive measures were also taken in places where pigeons might shift their landing. [Overview] ■ Issues - Pigeons were flying into the ceiling steel beams and wall beams of the factory and warehouse, causing droppings damage. ■ Solutions - Blocked entry points and installed the repellent "PT-1" particularly in areas where pigeons were arriving. - Implemented preventive measures in areas where pigeons might shift their landing. Free membership registrationHere is an example of pigeon control measures in a factory. We received a consultation regarding the presence of pigeons flying to the wall-mounted ducts above the delivery area and the cable racks in the product storage area. Based on the success of the repellent "PT-1" used in another store, they requested our product for pigeon control to prevent droppings on their products. We implemented measures by installing our product to prevent nesting and flying in areas where pigeons had settled, including the wall-mounted ducts and the cable racks in the product storage area. [Overview] ■ Issues - Pigeons are flying to the wall-mounted ducts above the delivery area and the cable racks in the product storage area. ■ Solution - We installed the repellent "PT-1" to prevent nesting and flying in the wall-mounted ducts and the cable racks in the product storage area where pigeons had settled. Free membership registrationHere are some examples of pigeon control measures for public facilities. Pigeons were coming to the steel beams of the ceiling in the store parking lot, causing droppings damage. As a preventive measure against droppings damage to customers and products, they requested the repellent "PT-1," which has a proven track record. To break the attachment of the established pigeons, we implemented measures by focusing on installing the product at the points where they were flying in. By also placing the repellent in temporary landing spots such as pipes, we can achieve more effective control. [Overview] ■ Issues - Pigeons were coming to the steel beams of the ceiling in the store parking lot, causing droppings damage. ■ Solution - As a measure to break the attachment of the established pigeons, we focused on installing the repellent "PT-1" at the points where they were flying in. Free membership registrationHere are some examples of pigeon control measures for public facilities. Pigeons were coming to the shutter boxes and sprinkler pipes near the entrances of the multi-story parking lot, leading to nesting and droppings. To address the issue of droppings falling on customers shopping, as well as to maintain the building's integrity, aesthetics, and hygiene, we implemented a combination of bird nets and repellents. We installed bird nets to prevent pigeons from entering the shutter boxes where they had established themselves, and we placed repellents in primary landing areas such as pipes and steel beams to break their attachment. [Overview] ■ Issues - Pigeons were coming to the shutter boxes and sprinkler pipes near the entrances of the multi-story parking lot, leading to nesting and droppings. ■ Solutions - Implemented a combination of bird nets and repellents. Free membership registrationHere is an example of pigeon control measures in a condominium. The area was so dirty from pigeon droppings that the door could not be opened, causing trouble for the residents. Unable to implement measures themselves, they consulted the condominium management company, who then requested assistance from the responsible party. After the work was completed, when explaining to the customer, we received feedback saying, "It looks really clean," and they were able to feel the effects of the repellent. [Overview] ■ Issues - The area was too dirty from pigeon droppings to open the door. ■ Solutions - Installed "PT-1" above the outdoor unit, especially on top of the water heater, which is a nesting spot, and below the outdoor unit. - The customer was able to feel the effects of the repellent.
