Sushi Jin, a sushi restaurant in Sapporo, had a request to deliver sushi along with celebration cakes for birthdays and anniversaries, and they wanted a sushi barrel for that purpose. We would like to introduce a case that solved the issue of "cracking occurring in a large chemical processing device, causing trouble." We received a request to manufacture a chemical tank (2m x 4m x height 2m) for a large chemical processing device. During our discussions, it was mentioned that the joints of the components (bent parts) of a previously manufactured chemical tank had cracked, causing difficulties. In response, we changed the procedure and processing content to the following: 1. Connect the plate material using "welding processing" (not traditional welding, but a technique from our partner company) to create a single plate of 5m in length. 2. Perform machining such as hole processing and groove processing on that plate. 3. Heat it in a dedicated electric furnace and bend it using a mold. 4. Assemble it into the main body of the chemical tank and weld it. This approach increased strength and precision, eliminating the cracking issues, and significantly reduced the assembly labor for the chemical tank, much to the customer's satisfaction. We would like to introduce a case that solved the concern of wanting to change the tank used in a chemical processing device from stainless steel to resin. This was a consultation regarding a chemical tank (diameter 3.3m) for a certain chemical processing device. The product had previously been made from stainless steel due to its shape and strength, but there was a desire to manufacture it from a resin that is resistant to chemicals. Considering the use of resin materials, which are difficult to assemble and weld, as well as the size and shape, the customer had concerns and questions about whether it would take shape and be viable as a product. However, we provided suggestions regarding the shape and structure, and after several meetings, we utilized our technology and experience to ultimately complete the manufacturing.
