【Development Case 1】 We have successfully manufactured hollow components for automotive engines made of Inconel, which has superalloy properties, high hardness, heat resistance, and corrosion resistance, through cold forging for the first time in the world. This has helped our customers reduce costs. 【Development Case 2】 We challenged ourselves with cold forging of stainless steel. Although we struggled to meet the required levels of material hardness and dimensional accuracy of the parts, we succeeded in miniaturization and weight reduction by eliminating the chuck portion that could not be removed through machining.
