Normally, using full glass would allow for more light (sunlight) to be taken in, but due to an unavoidable beam that cannot be removed, we divided the glass and created a light-blocking panel of the same shape for the beam area. This resulted in a well-balanced product without compromising the appearance.

Initially, we were manufacturing using aluminum profiles, but we were unable to change the sizes, and there were requests to accommodate various sizes. We reviewed the design in-house and produced it, applying an acrylic resin-based baked coating finish.

Typically, anchor bolts were measured and input individually one by one, but by constructing them as a unit integrated into the angle from the beginning, accuracy has improved and mistakes have been eliminated.

Rainwater collected from rooftops through roof drains is directed outside the building via a leader pipe and drained to the ground through a downspout. At the point where the leader pipe exits to the outside, the drainage pipe is bent at a right angle, making it prone to clogs from fallen leaves, dust, and mud that pass through the drain. Therefore, a box with a lid is installed for decoration and cleaning in this area. The surface treatment was finished with an acrylic resin-based baked coating. ☆ The standard decorative box did not satisfy the person in charge, so it was designed from scratch as an original.

Ventilators protect workers' health from various heat, steam, unpleasant odors, gases, and dust generated indoors. They are designed to naturally match the exterior of buildings such as factories and warehouses, allowing for free-size ventilation and smoke exhaust designs, with a large opening area, making them very advantageous for buildings with high thermal loads. As a ventilation system that utilizes natural forces (natural ventilation method), it contributes to energy savings in factories and warehouses.

There has been a request to prevent pests from entering through the currently installed ventilation system, and since there are no issues with the system currently in operation, it has been decided to cover the ventilation unit itself. Because the mounting frame requires strength, stainless steel will be used, and for the frame that will hold the insect mesh, aluminum angles have been chosen considering factors such as weight.

The stand allows for two bicycles to be hung vertically, with helmets and apparel set on both sides, creating an all-in-one display. This was created for the bicycle-loving market in Europe. This is a ventilation device for privacy that was installed to match the opening left after the removal of an old product from another company due to roof renovation work. Since the opening sizes of the old product and the new product to be installed are different, we designed it to accommodate each size. Because the old product had various wiring for equipment that could not be removed, we pre-processed holes for wiring in the product. After installing the cover, we also created a sealing pocket to prevent rainwater and other elements from entering.

The old product had various equipment wiring attached, so it could not be removed, and we pre-processed the product with holes for wiring.

Since this product did not have any drawings, I took the actual item back with me and proceeded to create it based on measurements. I processed the angle with an R shape to match the diameter of the tire, and lightly applied R processing to the expanded metal as well, welding it to ensure a good fit. The joint between the angle and the pipe was challenging, but I was able to manufacture it with almost no changes in dimensions from the actual item.

The weight of the mold for the press machine is about 1.5 tons, and when performing maintenance on the flat plate, we received a request to make it "sturdy and robust." The legs were constructed using channel steel measuring 9×75×150, and the base was also made with channel steel measuring 6.5×75×150. To prevent warping, the top plate was made with two layers of PL-16.

This is a concrete crack inspection platform for tunnels. The inspection platform is fixed to the truck bed, and after installing dozens of cameras and lights on the frame itself, it is designed to capture images of any cracks in the tunnel's concrete while moving. Since the center part is designed on a single axis, it allows for capturing images without changing the driving direction on the right or left sides of the tunnel.

This is a small, simple stand for concrete crack inspection. Users of the system stand requested that it be as lightweight as possible and able to be disassembled, as it would be used in remote locations. To achieve weight reduction, aluminum was used for most of the materials. All joints use ball lock pins, allowing for disassembly and assembly without the need for a wrench.

This is a concrete crack inspection platform for monorails. The inspection platform is fixed to the front end of the monorail, and after installing dozens of cameras on the frame itself, it moves while capturing images of the concrete beneath the rails to analyze for cracks and other issues. The frame is made of aluminum square pipes to ensure it is lightweight yet strong.

This is a mounting frame for a tunnel scanner, fixed to the truck bed, designed to capture images of cracks in the concrete inside the tunnel. Typically, it operates with the main cover closed. Just before entering the tunnel, the driver can press the open/close switch from the driver's seat while in motion, causing the cover to slide open and the camera inside to start capturing images. It is not a ready-made product; it was designed to fit the size of the customer's company vehicle, and the manufacturing of the housing part was carried out accordingly.

We received a request from the client to perform full circumferential welding of a stainless steel panel (W1370×L1926×2t) with stainless steel FB-6t, ensuring minimal distortion. While TIG welding was possible, considering the need for distortion correction after welding, we determined that fiber welding was the preferable method and proceeded with the fabrication. The finished product had no issues (there was almost no distortion) and we were able to deliver it successfully.

There was a request to change the exhaust direction of the existing forced ventilation system to one direction. Additionally, to reduce costs, it was mentioned that they wanted to use commercially available aluminum louvers, so we designed and manufactured the framework of the ventilation system to fit the standard louvers.

By designing the garbage inlet to be larger and ensuring that there are no joints between the doors, it has become easier to insert and remove items. Additionally, by making the doors smaller, we have achieved weight reduction, allowing for smooth opening and closing by people of all ages and genders. Furthermore, the legs are equipped with leveling brackets, enabling stable installation according to the location. We listened to customer requests and carried out consistent production from design to construction.

The user requested that the rack be as lightweight as possible, able to be carried by 2-3 people, and equipped with a vibration-damping structure. They also requested that it be designed to be fixed to the truck bed and allow for the dissipation of heat from the computer. To achieve weight reduction, aluminum was used for most of the materials. The vibration-damping function was implemented by using wire ropes and compact rope dampers at the bottom, which protected the computer from the vibrations of the truck.

This product is made of stainless steel flat bars that are welded together in the same shape. Since there were instructions regarding the welding points, we processed it to avoid warping. Additionally, there were specifications for four colors, so we applied an enamel resin-based baked coating finish.

Users requested that it be "lightweight, rust-resistant, and able to be disassembled and carried!" We adopted aluminum for most of the materials. A ball lock pin is used for the connection between the frame and the legs, allowing for disassembly and assembly without a wrench. The mesh part is made of rust-resistant stainless steel.

The user requested the production of a display stand because there are no commercially available stands that match their image for presenting product explanations on a display monitor at the exhibition. We processed holes in square pipes and finished them with a black matte acrylic resin-based baked paint.

To make it easier for one person to move, we increased the number of casters (14) and adopted a foot stopper for easy securing with the foot. This product was requested for new production due to the severe deterioration of the work cart that is usually used, but there were no drawings left. We visited the site, took measurements of the actual item, listened to the concerns of the person in charge, and reflected that in the design for production.

We received a request from the high school brass band club to create props for their participation in a marching band contest. The teacher in charge requested that "to enhance the appearance, all the heights of the bass drums should be aligned (from 14 to 24 inches), and a cart should be made that allows students to easily push and move it during performances." Although there were no blueprints or physical models, only an image, we held close discussions with the teacher and students to handle the design, prototype production, and final production.

The pipes are designed with a slight slope to prevent damage caused by the wobbling and falling of the roll paper during movement.
