Hexagonal hole punching is a processing technology that uses a press machine to punch hexagonal holes, which keeps costs down due to the simplicity of the process compared to lathe machining. For the same reason, it is also suitable for mass production. We can accommodate not only hexagonal holes but also Torx and cross holes. (2) A wide range of shapes can be produced, unaffected by material! Due to post-processing, there is a considerable range of shapes that can be produced. We can handle sizes with opposite sides from 1.0mm to 17mm. Furthermore, the punching process can accommodate difficult-to-machine materials (materials with poor machinability), allowing processing without being affected by the material. We can also accommodate products with long dimensions. * We have a track record of producing Torx sizes T60 and product lengths of 220mm. (3) High precision! It is easy to achieve coaxiality between the shaft and the hexagonal hole, resulting in high precision, and the effective surface of the hexagon (the processed side) has a clean finish (good surface roughness).
