"Sea Snow" is an artificial seawater ice-making device that creates snow-like ice using seawater or saltwater. Unlike conventional crushed ice, it maintains a low temperature (around -1°C) for an extended period. Because it is snow-like, it prevents damage to fish bodies, and with a salt concentration close to that of fish (around 1%), it prevents freshness deterioration due to osmotic pressure. "KuraBan" is a commercial refrigerator equipped with N-TeFe (non-thermoelectric field energy).
