We have started selling high-performance, space-saving, and highly reliable sanitary automatic valves by combining Alpha Laval's sanitary valves, which boast a wealth of delivery achievements worldwide, with Kineto's compact, wear-resistant, and long-lasting actuators! We offer six models ranging from size 1.0S to 4.0S. The air-operated drive unit is manufactured by Kineto in the UK, ensuring long service life. The manual operation handle can mechanically lock the valve in the open and closed positions. An electric valve installation is also available as an option. The seat rings are made of EPDM, silicone, fluororubber, HNBR, and PFA, allowing for optimal seat selection for various applications. (All seats comply with FDA/food sanitation laws.) Air-operated accessories can accommodate proximity switches, manual operation handles, solenoid valves, and more.

When manually operating a valve, forgetting to close it can be an unavoidable issue. By installing a Kinetrol manual spring return, it becomes possible to automatically and reliably close (or open) the valve with the force of a spring, minimizing unnecessary downtime on the production line caused by forgetting to close it.

The rotary damper from the UK company Kinetorol is a precision rotary damper sealed with silicone oil. It enables damping of rotating bodies, which was not possible with conventional linear dampers, and can be used for stabilizing rotational motion, deceleration, and vibration damping. There are two types: vane type and continuous rotation type, with various damping force settings available. It has a proven track record across a wide range of industries, with some models having over 3,000 units delivered within Japan.
