"If we could receive the finished products without interrupting the circuit board insertion..." ◆Our Proposal & Achievements◆ 1. Newly installed a lifter at the finished product output. 2. Newly installed a conveyor connecting the input and output above the circuit board manufacturing machine. 3. After the finished product is discharged, it rises with the lifter and is transported to the top of the input by the newly installed conveyor. 4. The person working at the circuit board input can receive the finished products in between insertions. ◆Effect◆ The circuit board insertion workers can now receive finished products without moving, resulting in an increase in daily production numbers!

Transporting drums filled with raw materials along with the hand truck to the conveyor. 3. Using an up/down button to transport to the lower floor, allowing for retrieval along with the hand truck. ◆Effects◆ Workers no longer have to carry heavy cans filled with raw materials and move up and down stairs, significantly reducing their workload! Since the vertical conveyor does not require regulatory inspections, maintenance costs are kept to a minimum. The design is tailored to the transported items, so the installation space is also minimized.

Since a supply method tailored to the diameter can be chosen, the risk of dropping or missing pipes has also been reduced!

Use a foot switch to raise the lifter and transport it to the loading point. ◆Effects◆ Operators can now load materials without lifting heavy cardboard boxes! By aligning the height of the transport hand truck with the lifter, we also reduced the unloading from the hand truck. We significantly reduced the maximum 96 instances of heavy labor per day, eliminated the risk of dropping items, and achieved safe and secure operations!

The time saved is 6 minutes × 30 pieces = 180 minutes, and there is no longer a need to wait for completion in front of the processing machine, which has led to great satisfaction! ◎
