Free membership registrationWe have developed a "CTGS Oscillator for 32.768kHz Clock" using a new piezoelectric single crystal, CTGS (Ca3TaGa3Si2O14). This is an SPXO (Simple Packaged X'tal Oscillator) type that integrates a 33.55MHz CTGS oscillator, developed in collaboration with Tohoku University, and an IC that outputs 32.768kHz by dividing the frequency by 1024, all in one package. The startup time of the oscillator is 40μs (0.04ms), which is less than one-tenth of the startup time of a crystal oscillator that divides the same source frequency by 1024, achieving a startup characteristic that is more than ten times faster. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
