This is a product wrapped in cushioning paper that is sealed on three sides for fragile items and ceramics. Normally, it would be packed by opening it in an accordion shape from a flat state, but since it is sealed in an envelope shape on three sides, the wrapping process becomes easier. It is made of paper material with a glued shape, so it does not use plastics such as polyethylene. It can be disposed of as waste paper, making it an environmentally friendly product. Before expanding into an accordion shape, it is in a flat bag state, so it does not take up much space. In addition to kraft paper, we also offer color types and printed types. Cushion paper is used as cushioning material for wine and beverage bottles, and by making it into a tubular shape, it allows for easy packaging. Both sides are glued in a seal-like manner, creating a hollow center, so packaging can be done by inserting from the top. Before opening, it is in a flat sheet form like regular paper, which saves space and allows for effective use of space. Since it is made entirely of paper, it is an environmentally friendly product. It can be disposed of as waste paper.

Paper laminated boards are harder boards made by heat-pressing together cardboard, stiff paper, and other materials typically used in cardboard. They can be processed from a minimum thickness of 1 mm to a maximum thickness of 10 mm, and depending on the combination of layered papers, they can achieve strength comparable to plywood. Since they are entirely composed of glued paper, they can be disposed of as burnable waste. *However, because of the heat-pressed polyethylene, they cannot be disposed of as recycled paper. They can be made with a combination of brown and white paper, but it is also possible to have all brown or all white. The surface material can be freely changed. It is possible to add water resistance, use colored paper for printed surfaces, and other options. Additionally, if you want to use special paper on the surface, prototypes can be made. In addition to the conventional sheet type, a roll type has become available. With the sheet type, the standard size is 250mm x 300mm, and the length cannot be changed for each product. With the roll type, it can be cut according to each packaged product, allowing for waste-free usage. Applications: Packing ceramics during moving, bottles such as wine and sake, and as cushioning material for ceramics in gift shops. Since the length can be selected, for wine bottles, it can wrap the entire bottle, and in gift shops, suitable cushioning packaging can be provided for each product. As it is made from craft paper, it can be disposed of as waste paper (using the same disposal method as cardboard), addressing environmental issues. The diameter can be rolled from a minimum of 25mm to a maximum of 500mm.

This is a corner protector that prevents cargo collapse and protects against damage during the shipment of goods. It is shaped in an L-shape, making it easy to secure. Since it is made from bonded cardboard, it is made entirely from paper. The recipient can dispose of it as recycled paper, making it an environmentally friendly product. Main Uses: ○ Preventing cargo collapse when stacking cardboard on pallets When stacking cardboard over 1 meter high, it is prone to collapsing. Securing it with angles on the sides and top further helps prevent collapse. ○ Protecting against marks when securing products with PP bands When products are tightly secured with PP bands during shipment, the force of the bands can sometimes cause scratches on the products.
