At Spantec Japan, we handle "Spiral Conveyors." We use a fully covered acetal chain. There is no need for tensioning, winding devices, tension devices, or adjustments. Furthermore, with a gear motor mounted on a direct drive shaft and an internal ring gear drive system, traditional lubrication and maintenance of sprockets or roller chain types are unnecessary.
