In recent years, IoT implementation has advanced in relation to production efficiency and failure prevention. Additionally, the increase in locations for thermal displacement suppression in machines has led to a rise in the number of cooling devices installed on a single machine. At Kanto Seiki, in order to respond to this IoT implementation, we have developed data monitoring software, which we propose can be utilized for identifying and preventing causes of failures, as well as for data collection during development. 【Features of Machitic Care Connect】 1) Capable of displaying and recording various temperature data, control modes, set values, and operation amounts. 2) Remote operation allows for starting/stopping and changing liquid temperature settings. 3) Automatic saving of collected data and history management is possible.
