The "NEP-SPS" is a compact and easy-to-install suction sensor. It features a newly developed ultra-small magnetic proximity switch built into our lubricant suction pipe that can be attached to the lubricant barrel of chip lubrication systems. This system allows for the detection of the liquid level inside the barrel and consists of a suction sensor and a control box equipped with a patrol light. The "NC55-L-DP10" is designed as an automatic dilution and pressure delivery system for water-soluble release agents used in die casting. The principle involves using our L-type lubrication pump (15cc) to draw the release agent concentrate from a drum into a measuring container, supplying the release agent according to the number of counts. After that, 6000cc of tap water is supplied to the measuring container to stabilize the dilution.
