At Thermotech Co., Ltd., we perform "vacuum forming." We heat plastic sheets with a heater to soften them, and then align the softened plastic sheets with the molding die. The softened plastic sheets are closely adhered to the molding die using vacuum power and cooled. Once cooled, the stable molded products are released from the molding die using compressed air. Finally, the molded products that have been released from the molding die are cut with a die, completing the product. 【Process】 ■1. Heat the plastic sheets with a heater to soften them ■2.
