Air Products, based in the United States, is a leading company in industrial gases worldwide. It provides air separation gases, process gases, gas generation equipment, and related devices across a wide range of manufacturing sectors, including petroleum refining and petrochemicals, metals, electronics, and food and beverages. "Japan Air Products" is a local subsidiary fully funded by Air Products, and since the establishment of its representative office in 1983, it has been providing industrial gas manufacturing plants, related equipment, and services. Air Products' PRISM® membranes (air and gas separation membranes) have been used in Japan since the late 1980s and are recognized for their performance, durability, and reliability.
Business Activities
[Equipment and Energy-related Business] Supply of various industrial gases (such as oxygen and nitrogen) plants and after-sales services for domestic projects, sales of cryogenic equipment, supply of LNG (liquefied natural gas) facilities, and hydrogen infrastructure facilities (such as hydrogen stations). [Industrial Gas Manufacturing Equipment Business] Proposal and supply of gas manufacturing equipment optimized for individual gas demands, including cryogenic separation, PSA, and air (gas) separation membranes. [Support for Japanese Companies Overseas] To ensure smooth supply of industrial gases used locally for Japanese companies expanding overseas, Japanese staff will provide support in collaboration with local bases in each country.
