"Rice Oil HC-35/CM-Rice OE1" is a plant plasticizer made from rice, consisting of two types of solid fats with different properties that have been adjusted for the melting point of rice bran oil. "CM-Rice OE1" has a smoother and more spreadable texture compared to shea butter and petroleum jelly, while "Rice Oil HC-35" has a harder nature.
