The "SW Coat(R)" is an aluminum foil for barcode-compatible PTP coated with a special OP coat developed uniquely by our company. It allows barcode reading without the need for white printing on the base. "NFPTP" is a low formaldehyde PTP aluminum foil that can eliminate the issues of formaldehyde, which may cross-link proteins and promote the insolubilization of gelatin capsules. It has obtained a hygiene conformity certificate (Food Sanitation Act Notification No. 370 test). "KNW" is a titanium-reduced white beta ink with a lower hardness of the participating titanium compared to our PTP general composition (OP + white beta). Wear of the filling machine's extraction blade is reduced. "ALT-PP" and "ALT-VC(R)" are low-temperature sealing agents that improve sealing strength in low-temperature sealing areas while maintaining good long-term stability after sealing, similar to general types. We offer "ALT-PP" for PP and "ALT-VC(R)" for PVC.
