This is a composite material that combines virgin carbon fibers with thermoplastic fiber resin. By modifying the resin, the adhesion to the carbon fibers has been improved. <Features> ■ It can be used with existing equipment and molds without the need for new facilities. ■ The MFR can be adjusted, making it applicable for both injection molding and profile extrusion. ■ It is also possible to adjust the carbon fiber content (the usual lineup is 10% to 30%).

We would like to introduce our prototype. We have created "100% recycled carbon fiber nonwoven fabric" with any fiber length. We are verifying not only its strength but also its functions such as insulation, thermal conductivity, and conductivity. Additionally, we have conducted prototype molding of blended nonwoven fabric with resin fibers.
