In the printed circuit board business of Kyowa Electric Industry, we carry out component mounting, image inspection of boards, mounting of large components, and assembly of finished boards. In the component mounting process, we have one SMT line. Since we hold inventory for some components, we can respond to production needs quickly. In the control panel business of Kyowa Electric Industry, we can handle everything from hardware and software design to manufacturing of large control panels. We can also design and manufacture for mass-produced electrical equipment, and we create QC process charts and assembly instruction manuals as needed to promote work standardization. Additionally, all products are inspected according to our standards, and we provide inspection reports. At Kyowa Electric Industry, we are conducting a prototype campaign for long rolls/shafts until November 30, 2020. Only the prototype labor cost is free of charge. We will create prototypes using the manufacturing methods proposed by our company based on the drawings provided. In a previous implementation case, we prepared three dual-axis processing machines (dedicated machines) to enable mass production and equipped them with robots to meet short delivery time requirements.
