The waste disposal machine ECO DELETER decomposes food waste into water and carbon dioxide using the power of microorganisms, leaving no food waste after processing (it disappears), which is its most significant feature, eliminating any costs associated with food waste disposal. [Flooring Construction Case Study] Kansai Hospital Kitchen Floor Repair

Hospital kitchen completed work in area 4 in one night! Repair from epoxy resin to milk crete.

We would like to introduce a case study of floor coating work conducted by From System Direct Co., Ltd. In a certain hospital kitchen in the Kansai region, the floor was unable to withstand the high temperatures from frequently flowing hot water and rotating ovens, leading to partial peeling and cracks in the epoxy resin floor, which has a heat resistance of about 40 degrees. Other areas also required repairs due to aging deterioration. With an inspection from the health department approaching, we undertook repairs for all areas of concern, including the pre-processing room, cooking room, cleaning room, and serving room. We implemented a construction schedule that allowed us to complete the work in one overnight session based on the available working hours for each room. Repairs can be carried out even when operations in the hospital kitchen cannot be halted. [Flooring Construction Case Study] A certain hotel in Chiba Prefecture: Kitchen flooring construction within the hotel.

Even with a short working time, floor repairs can be done! Durable floor coating and MF method.

We received a request for repairs due to floor deterioration, cracks, and water pooling caused by aging. The working hours for the hotel kitchen, which operates continuously, were from midnight to 8 AM, giving us an 8-hour window. Within this time frame, we needed to complete the removal of equipment, floor repairs, drying, and the reinstallation of equipment after completion. Since it is a kitchen, it cannot be used if any odors remain after completion. Not only did we need to complete all processes, but it was also essential to be able to cook immediately. We would like to introduce a case where the compost-type food waste processor 'NGS-30', handled by From System Direct Co., Ltd., was introduced to a certain elementary school in Yamaguchi Prefecture. Initially, they were using a food waste processor from a different manufacturer, but through a bidding process, they were able to utilize the energy-efficient NGS-30, which eliminates concerns about odors and pests. As a result, they are satisfied with the ability to dispose of food waste at any time—morning, noon, or night—thanks to its unique dual system that efficiently processes waste by combining the advantages of a high bio-type with an 85% reduction rate and an easy-to-handle drying type. The finished compost can be easily removed from the tank with one hand and is used as fertilizer in the school flower beds or distributed to interested parties on observation days. In conventional technology, an economic feasibility required a daily organic waste output of over 10 tons. However, about 90% of businesses produce less than 3 tons of organic waste per day, making it difficult to utilize. Biogas can be generated from food waste such as organic waste that occurs within the facility and utilized as energy. Conventional technology targeted large-scale factories that produce more than 10 tons of organic waste per day, but with the biogas system, it has become possible to install it in smaller facilities such as food factories that generate less than 3 tons of organic waste per day. What is the regeneration process of the FSD fully automatic water softener like? We will introduce this question using a video.

The fully automatic water softener uses "ion exchange resin" inside the main unit to soften water. By regularly cleaning (regenerating) the ion exchange resin according to the hardness and volume of the water used, it is possible to maintain softening. The cleaning (regeneration) of the ion exchange resin is done using brine. The regeneration process (cleaning of the ion exchange resin) consists of a total of 8 steps and takes approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes.
