The "LT2000-CT1" is an ultrasonic composite vibration welding machine that joins similar or dissimilar metals without melting the workpiece. The device operates at a frequency of 20 kHz, producing vibrations (amplitude) 20,000 times per second, allowing for joining in one step due to its high-speed motion. Furthermore, the vibrations (amplitude) move in an elliptical pattern, and the absence of reversal in motion makes it gentle on the joining materials, enabling joints with minimal variation in strength and direction.
