"Ecoscut" is a chamfering machine that anyone can easily use to remove burrs. It requires no electricity and can chamfer 12 edges in about 30 seconds. Unlike conventional chamfering machines, it removes burrs by moving the cutting tool while the workpiece is fixed, preventing scratches on the workpiece. Since it uses a non-rotating cutting blade, there is no noise or flying chips, and the chamfered surface is clean with no secondary burrs. Being electricity-free, it is compact and does not require a specific storage space. Currently, we are also offering "demo machine rentals." If you are interested, please feel free to contact us.

The "Pick Test Holder" is a centering attachment that allows for 360° measurement visibility and can center small diameter holes. It can detect the alignment of holes drilled in plates or the inner and outer diameters of round objects with the machine spindle, confirming whether the work surface is mounted horizontally relative to the spindle. Additionally, the change of centering diameter can be easily done with a sliding mechanism.
