For the development of a regional brand, we created an original stall in collaboration with the community, focusing on a shape and color scheme that catches the eye from a distance. To ensure ease of installation and stability, we designed it with an assembly structure, handling everything from design to planning and processing in-house. The interior features lights, and the top is combined with wooden panels, resulting in a highly praised finished product. • Other processing machines

We would like to introduce a case study of the processing of hydropower generation equipment conducted by Takakawa Industrial. As part of a collaborative project with a university, we manufactured a small hydropower generator for an irrigation channel. While manufacturing at large companies typically incurs excessive costs, we leveraged the strengths of a small factory to propose a VAVE (Value Analysis/Value Engineering) solution. We designed and manufactured a simple structure that can be repurposed for irrigation channels with varying conditions. Additionally, we have a case study of designing and manufacturing a custom 7-meter stainless steel kitchen at a coworking space in Ueda City.
