It is based on semi-drying and drying oils, forming a strong film through oxidative polymerization. "TODRY-MN-NV" is an environmentally friendly manganese dryer that does not use petroleum-based solvents. It contains approximately 3% manganese, making it a suitable alternative to cobalt dryers and significantly reducing heavy metal content. We would like to introduce our sheet-fed offset ink varnish 'LS-359' that we handle. Developed as a varnish for powder-reducing inks (main varnish), it significantly shortens the setting time. The "high weather-resistant resin" developed by our company incorporates BTA-based ultraviolet absorbers in a high concentration into the resin, thereby improving compatibility with other functional materials, enabling thin film formation during coating, and suppressing the bleeding of ultraviolet absorbers over time. Since BTA is chemically bonded to the resin backbone, high concentration is possible. This allows for sufficient ultraviolet absorption capability even when formed into a thin film, and additionally, it enables a wider range of functional materials to be added, making design changes according to application easier. "TOCLEAN-ECO" is a cleaning agent that, unlike petroleum-based solvents, contains water components and is classified as a non-hazardous substance. It has low odor and can reduce VOCs (volatile organic compounds).
