The biggest appeal of Nissho's insulation covers is the reduction in power consumption, which leads to lower electricity costs. Nissho has achieved an average reduction of 30% and a maximum of 65% in power consumption. For example, if the electricity cost for a 350-ton injection molding machine is 500,000 yen per year, the reduction amount would be around 150,000 yen, and the cost of the insulation cover is roughly the same (the price varies depending on the manufacturer and specifications), making it possible to recover the costs in about a year.
