"Low-pressure RIM molding" is a molding method that combines CAVI and CORE types, raising the temperature of the upper mold to inject urethane resin into the mold at low pressure. Various structures, including under shapes, complex shapes, insert nuts, and rib reinforcements, can be molded. Due to low-pressure injection, it can be molded using simple molds (resin molds), achieving lower costs for mold production. 【Features】 ■ Polyurethane resin is available in flame-retardant grades ■ Various structures can be molded ■ Sizes within 0.6m² can be molded ■ Suitable for small to medium production ■ Lower costs for mold production *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registration"Infusion molding" is a method where a substrate is set in a mold, covered with a film, and sealed. A vacuum pump is used to create a vacuum inside the mold, and the pressure difference generated is utilized to inject resin, allowing it to permeate the substrate. Since the substrate content can be compressed to around 60-65 wt%, high-strength molded products can be produced. Mold production is limited to CAVI molds (with the core being a film), which reduces mold manufacturing costs and allows for the molding of large sizes and thick materials. [Features] - Substrate content can be compressed to around 60-65 wt% - Mold production is limited to CAVI molds (with the core being a film) - Capable of molding large sizes and thick materials - Can be molded with GF (glass fiber) and CF (carbon fiber) - Structures such as sandwich, ribs, and under shapes can be integrally molded *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registration"Silicone pack molding" is a molding method that involves placing reinforcement materials (glass, carbon) on the base of an FRP mold or metal mold, covering it with a special silicone mold that serves as the upper mold, and allowing resin to impregnate through the pressure difference created by vacuum suction against atmospheric pressure. Compared to conventional methods, it allows for a reduction in the production time of the upper mold. [Features] ■ Reduction in the production time of the upper mold is possible. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThe "L-RTM molding method" involves laying a glass substrate in a CAVI type mold and covering it with a CORE type mold. It is then subjected to vacuum conditions for clamping, utilizing the suction force of the vacuum to inject resin. The resin is pushed in at low pressure using an injection machine, combined with the suction force from inside the mold to facilitate impregnation. This method allows for production without the need for conventional large-scale mold structures and heavy equipment, enabling simple mold and lightweight equipment production. 【Features】 ■ A wide variety of material selections are possible ■ Various structures can be molded as a single piece ■ Capable of producing large molded products ■ Suitable for small to medium production volumes ■ Reduced costs for mold production *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.
