This introduction presents the transparent and flame-retardant grades of high-quality recycled PC resin handled by Kotec Co., Ltd. Our conventional transparent and flame-retardant grade (K-30FR) had a burning rate of 3.0 mm V-0, but the newly developed grade (K-30FRB) has improved its flammability to 2.0 mm V-0. This product is PC resin recycled using our unique technology.

We would like to introduce a grade (RS-1340B) that has improved impact strength by approximately 30% compared to the high-quality recycled PPS resin (RS-1340) handled by Kotec Co., Ltd. The conventional RS-1340 had an Izod impact strength of 6.2 kgf/cm, but the newly developed impact-resistant modified grade RS-1340B has improved to an Izod impact strength of 9.0 kgf/cm. This product is a PPS resin that has been recycled and processed using our company's unique technology.

We would like to introduce the high-quality recycled PEI resin (RPEI series) handled by Kotec Co., Ltd. This product is PEI resin that has been recycled using Kotec's unique technology. It can be used for parts of medical devices, cooking utensils, eyeglass frames, and other applications used in special environments. We offer two grades: 〇 Non-reinforced grade (RPEI-10) 〇 GF30% reinforced grade (RPEI-10G30).

Our company is equipped with one of the largest facilities in Japan as a pellet manufacturer of recycled polycarbonate, PPS, and PEEK resins. This document verifies the CO2 emissions of polycarbonate pellets with a 100% recycled material usage rate, "R-10 to 75," and polyphenylene sulfide pellets, "RS-1340," primarily made from industrial waste plastics. "Recycled PPS" refers to high-quality recycled PPS resin (pellets) manufactured using our unique recycling technology. The "KLS Series" is a glow-in-the-dark polycarbonate that excels in heat resistance compared to other glow-in-the-dark plastics (such as acrylic and PP) and has self-extinguishing properties. The load deflection temperature is 125°C, and its flammability rating is equivalent to V-2. We offer three types in our lineup, including "KLS-1920B," "KLS-1920BG," and "KLS-1920YG."
