Since the tests are conducted at up to 700 revolutions per minute, any runout tolerance can be extremely dangerous. Therefore, very high precision is required in the machining of the testing machine. Our company has performed canning machining while considering runout during assembly, achieving a runout precision within 0.03mm. Additionally, it was necessary to apply electroless nickel plating to the outer diameter of φ3200mm, which is typically difficult for surface treatment processes, but we cleared the required specifications through collaboration with partner companies.
