The coater head of the "0046-2-YS" allows for two types of coating methods with the replacement of the roll unit. Both sides of the machine frame are made from 30mm thick stainless steel plates, and all parts of the coater are made from stainless materials that do not require painting. All rotating and sliding parts use bearings and are displayed accurately with a digital dial gauge. 【Features】 <Unwinding Section> ■ Maximum roll diameter of 300mm for the base material, fixed with an air shaft on a 3" paper core ■ The bearing cover is horizontal when opened, serving as a platform during the loading and unloading of the base material ■ Slight axial adjustment is possible to accurately position the film in the center of the machine <Dryer Frame> ■ The side cover has a partially opening door, allowing the damper to be operated here ■ There are 10 leveling adjustment jack bolts on the bottom to ensure the overall horizontal alignment *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

The "PD-COATER MODEL 0084" is a coating machine that can freely assemble a line configuration suitable for changes in the type of coating liquid, coating materials, and coating speed conditions. It is designed for continuous molding of ceramic solutions with a thickness of 20 to 700 μm (at dry) at extremely low speeds.
