We can accommodate complex shapes with continuous bending, 2D bending, and 3D bending using our unique technology developed so far. If we can use the bending molds owned by our company, there will be no mold cost, allowing us to reduce initial expenses. Additionally, we conduct inspections using image measuring instruments before shipping, so you can trust us to handle your needs with confidence.

It is widely used in beverage-related applications and heat exchangers, and can accommodate various shapes of coiled processing. We specialize in long materials and have a track record of welding standard-length pipes together to process coils of up to 60 meters. Additionally, one of our strengths is our ability to process coiling (up to 36 meters) without welding using our own manufactured pipes.

We have multi-station press machines with 6, 4, and 3 stations. By using these, we can perform multi-process press work with a single clamp (up to 3 stations is common). This also eliminates the need for joint welding, which helps reduce production costs.

We perform TIG welding, spot welding, and brazing. After pipe bending processing, joints for connecting to the equipment are often welded at both ends, and we carry out TIG welding for this. Additionally, we also accommodate brazing when connecting dissimilar materials, when there are multiple connection points on a single product, or when connecting copper.
