"Porous Polyimide" is a porous-forming varnish primarily based on PMDA-ODA. It can be produced at the same heat treatment temperature as conventional polyimides. The resulting film exhibits a low dielectric constant, and the porosity can be adjusted as desired. "Meireji Coat" is a polyamic acid solution, which is a precursor to polyimide (high-performance engineering plastic). By performing solvent removal and imidization reactions, it is possible to obtain a polyimide coating with excellent heat resistance, chemical resistance, and electrical insulation properties.
